Yes! All you have to do is reach out to the office. Whether you want to call us or email us – we are available to help home owners all throughout Central Texas. We are centered in Waco, TX, but we will go as far North as West or as far West as Gatesville. We’ll set an initial meeting with Lauren, our Remodel Lead, and Jonathan at your house. They will talk with you about what you want, explain our process, and how we can help! 

No! We love to start at the design stage with customers so that we really know what you want from start to finish. At the initial meeting, we will walk through the space with you to get an idea of what you want. If we need a formal floor plan – we have a draftsman that we’ve partnered with many times before that will help us get your vision on paper. Otherwise – we will go straight to the design stage! Our designer does a great job of getting your vision locked in and will help us keep that front and center throughout the project.

The Project Manager that is on your job! Lauren will be there from the first meeting to the end to ensure consistency throughout the job and to minimize confusion on the scope of the project. She heads up our remodel division, and she is the best person we could have found for the job.

Every project is different – because each home is unique! We can tell you that we do everything to minimize delays throughout the project. We realize that this is your HOME we’re working in, and we want to minimize our disruption to your life. Each project has its own timeline and its own scope. Before we get started on yours, we will talk about an approximate timeline and the impact on your life that you can expect.

It depends on the project and where your house is located – but if any permits are needed, we will take care of that for you with the city.

This is something that you and your project manager will talk about before the project kicks off. Typically, it’s all about what is easiest for you! Whether it’s texting, phone calls, or on-site meetings – we will defer to what is most convenient for you.

We’ll talk with you about the options before we move forward! With anything that comes up, we will always communicate with you about how you want us to handle it. Before we move forward, we’ll make sure we have pricing (if needed) for any possible solutions – and we will always get a change order in place so that we’re all on the same page as far as change in scope or price, again, if any.
